Nancy Bryce has experienced first-hand the aging of loved ones. Her paternal grandmother, who lived with the effects of strokes and had a variety of special needs, lived with Nancy’s family while she was growing up. Her maternal grandmother had Alzheimer’s Disease. Nancy has experienced the disease from a family member’s perspective and saw its process until her grandmother's death a few years ago. Currently, Nancy writes on topics such as
assisted living and Alzheimer's Disease and aging. Nancy received a BA in English from
Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She currently resides with her family
in Williamsburg, Virginia. |
